The Honey Of An Artist & the Honey Of An Artistic Team Awards, both presented by The “B” List, are given monthly to an artist or group of artists who in my opinion exemplify supreme excellence in their contribution to the Sim Community. Sometimes they may be given to a well-known artist or team, or to an artist or team that u discovered for the first time while perusing The List. I felt it was important for these talented individuals to know that their work is both loved & appreciated.

The winners of the Honey Of An Artist/Artistic Team are chosen based on the following criteria:

• Contributes to a site or sites on The “B” List
• Wonderfully unique, high-quality items
• Original designs
• Constantly contributing new & exciting items

-: For October 2003, the Honey Of An Artist Award goes to Bunny Wuffles of Architectural Supplies For Sims. :-

There are many Sim creators who create wonderful items for our games but some take Simming to another level. One of these individuals would be the one person I consider the mistress of historical Sim architecture...Bunny Wuffles! Her site Architectural Supplies for Sims is in itself a work of art. When u enter her pages, u are transformed to places u may recognize or perhaps have never seen before...no matter, because Bunny Wuffles takes u on an extensive tour showing the history, design process & even little nuances that make the structures truly as unique as she is. She also genuinely cares about the creative process as displayed with her wonderful tutorials & resources to help inspire others to create. Even when faced with having to totally re-do her entire site, some would have said "Goodbye" but not Bunny. She came back, better than ever with even more content! But don’t take my word for it…visit Architectural Supplies for Sims but be careful! While your "Oooh-ing" & "Ahh-ing", u just might learn something.

Many times, I've said to myself that Sim artists, site owners, etc., do not get enough praise for the hard work they do for all of us. I know personally, I have forgotten to sign a guest book or even send an email of support…not because I was not grateful, but because I am absent minded. Well Mac Kitten was somewhere thinking the same thing BUT she decided to do something about it! She created a unique forum called The Garden of Praise where the Sim Community can go & post "thank u's", kudos...any praise they would like to share with the creators & site owners who make playing The Sims a great experience. It is a place that is full of positive energy & a welcoming atmosphere. This time the praise is for u Garden of Praise staff...thank u so much for your work & planting such a wonderful idea!

-: For August 2003, the Honey Of An Artistic Team Award goes to Sim Sketches :-

When entering some Sim sites, u instantly can tell what the content will be like from the layout, pics or sometimes even from the words that are written there. Sim Sketches is NOT one of these sites. The layout is cool & simplistic. The words are humorous at times but to the point. And the pics…well, there aren’t any. But what lies inside is something truly explosive! Sketch & his staff create what I call skin "packages"...skins, heads, unique meshes, etc. that boggle my mind. Each one looks like it has a story to tell. Some are elegant, some are wicked & some just need to be seen not described, but ALL are beautiful & extremely creative. Sketch’s talent is only surpassed by his kindness…he is plain & simple..."a nice guy." So when looking for the beautifully different, step into Sketch, Shay, Shimmer & Nica's world at Sim Sketches & prepare to be dazzled.
